Oh well, who does not want beautiful breasts? But don’t get confused by the term beauty with the size. In my personal experience that consists of several pictures and videos of different models, I like well-shaped breasts not the biggest one. As I have surfed recently, women are going for the option of surgery or breasts implants more than ever. In the last year, there were approx. 300,000 breasts implanted only in U.S. And I really don’t understand that why women are becoming more self-conscious of their body than their attitude. It is the attitude that drives a person towards you or away from you. The charm of physical beauty will not last if mixed with accusing attitude, unreasonableness and lack of understanding with your mate. What a mate wants is the understanding and peace in a relation. And if it also gets a touch of beauty then obviously it will increase the attachment. But beauty can only increase the attachment, it can’t create attachment. Only a person can create attachment by their attitude and responses. Well this is the advice part now back to topic here are some simple ones that I am going to try for myself from tomorrow.
1. Well the first exercise must be the easiest one. Jump rope without wearing bra, just wear a T-shirt. Start it from doing half hour a day and just see the miracle happening in one week.
2. There is another one, if you are too lazy to jump rope (like me), you can do it in sitting position at the time of your favorite morning TV show. Take weights in hands, I usually prefer to take two heavy pots and start by raised hands above your head and slowly bent the elbows and stop when the pots will be leveled with you cheeks. At the time of lowering down hands, feel like you are filling ear in your lungs up to their maximum limit and exhale the air when hands leveled with cheeks. Now raise the hands as you are pushing weight upwards and repeat the above. Do it 10 times a day and 3 times a week again without wearing bra. The difference will be seen in a week.
3. Now the significant part is that take any of your bra as a standard measure because you can’t measure the beauty or firmness of breasts through inch tape or just by feeling. So wear any simple cotton bra in which your breasts look average or normal and take a picture of them before starting any of the above courses. Now take another picture in the same bra after a week and compare them. If you see any difference, it means that strategy is working for you. (You can also do it without bra by comparing snaps of bare breasts).
